Thursday, October 20, 2011. Last night, in a somewhat surprising move, the Lancers moved Goaltender John Keeney to the Muskegon Lumberjacks for a player to be named later, as well as a 2013 pick. Keeney was in his 3rd season with the Lancers, and was looked at to be a staple in the crease, figuring to start 45-plus games this season.
